About the Role

We’re looking for a Go High Level (GHL) Developer to join our Growth Marketing team and take ownership of building, customizing, and optimizing workflows inside the GHL platform. You’ll help us scale by ensuring automations run smoothly, data flows correctly across systems, and performance tracking is accurate.

This is a technical and creative role where you’ll partner with product, support, and marketing teams to design smart automations that reduce friction, increase efficiency, and deliver measurable results.

What You’ll Do

- GHL Configuration & Customization – Build and configure pipelines, accounts, and workflows tailored to business needs.

- Automation Development – Design and optimize automation sequences for email, SMS, and other marketing channels.

- Integrations – Connect GHL with third-party platforms via APIs, webhooks, and Zapier to ensure smooth data flow.

- Reporting & Dashboards – Develop custom dashboards and performance reports to give visibility into campaign and workflow success.

- Troubleshooting – Diagnose and resolve technical issues in automations or integrations quickly.

- Cross-Team Collaboration – Work with marketing, support, and product teams to align automation workflows with business requirements.

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience with Go High Level (GHL) or a similar CRM/automation platforms, and the ability and willingness to quickly become a GHL expert.

- Strong understanding of marketing automation, funnels, and CRM pipelines.

- Hands-on experience with APIs, webhooks, and Zapier.

- Ability to design efficient, scalable automation processes.

- Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.

- Comfortable documenting workflows and keeping systems clean and organized.
