We’re rebuilding financial clarity for one-person businesses through automation, AI, and thoughtful design — so they can make smarter decisions and create more freedom in their lives.

Our marketing team is currently based in LATAM and operates remotely. We’re now expanding with a new office in Lisbon, so for this position, we’re seeking someone either based in LATAM (EST time zone) or Lisbon-based.

Lisbon hires will work in a hybrid model — primarily remote, with 1–3 in-office days per week.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Conversion Specialist with proven experience turning strategy into measurable results.

You’ll be responsible for optimizing marketing funnels, landing pages, and campaigns to drive conversions — from free trial sign-ups to paid plan upgrades. You’ll work closely with the content, design, and product teams to ensure every touchpoint moves prospects toward profit clarity.

This is a full-time position for someone who loves data-driven marketing, has 3+ years of experience, and thrives in a fast-paced, creative, and metrics-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute conversion-focused marketing campaigns across email, social, and paid channels.

- Optimize landing pages, sales funnels, and lead magnets for maximum conversions.

- Manage and refine A/B testing for headlines, CTAs, and offers.

- Track and analyze performance data, identifying growth opportunities and reporting key metrics.

- Collaborate with designers and developers to improve page speed, UX, and funnel performance.

- Support the execution of live webinars, automation sequences, and product launch campaigns.

- Research and test new tools, platforms, and trends to stay ahead of digital marketing best practices.

What We’re Looking For

- 3+ years of proven marketing experience with a focus on conversions, funnels, and performance optimization.

- Strong understanding of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) principles.

- Experience managing marketing automations, A/B testing, and campaign analytics.

- Proficiency in tools like Go High Level (GHL), Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and email automation platforms.

- Excellent written English and communication skills.

- Analytical mindset — loves turning numbers into insights and strategy.

- Self-directed, detail-oriented, and proactive.

Nice to Have

- Experience in SaaS, fintech, or online education.

- Familiarity with social ad platforms and webinar funnel optimization.

- Understanding of AI tools or automation workflows.
