Our affiliate and partnership program plays a key role in spreading Cashflowy’s message. We’re building trusted relationships with creators, coaches, and communities that align with our mission — helping more entrepreneurs take control of their finances.

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive, relationship-driven Affiliate & Partnership Manager to grow and manage Cashflowy’s affiliate program and strategic partnerships.

You’ll work closely with the marketing team to identify aligned creators, brands, and influencers, onboard them into our affiliate program, and help them succeed in sharing Cashflowy with their audiences.

This is a part-time, remote role ideal for someone who loves building relationships, organizing partnerships, and tracking collaboration details — with potential to grow as the program scales.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates, influencers, and strategic partners.

- Build and maintain relationships with creators, coaches, and aligned brands.

- Provide affiliates with content, resources, and updates to help them promote effectively.

- Track performance metrics (signups, conversions, payouts) and keep partners informed.

- Coordinate promotional calendars around launches, webinars, and key campaigns.

- Manage communication with partners via email, community groups, and occasional meetings.

- Collaborate with marketing and design to ensure affiliates have high-quality creative assets.

- Handle administrative tasks, such as payout reporting and tracking links.

What We’re Looking For

- 2+ years of experience managing affiliate or partnership programs.

- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

- Excellent English communication and follow-up skills.

- Organized and detail-oriented — keeps tabs on multiple partners and timelines.

- Comfortable with spreadsheets, affiliate platforms, and reporting.

- Familiarity with affiliate management platforms (we use Go-High-Level).

- Fluent in English and comfortable working across time zones (EST/Lisbon).

- Positive, professional, and proactive.

Nice to Have

- Experience in creator/coach ecosystems.

- Background in community building or influencer outreach.

- Interest in financial wellness and supporting micro-businesses.
