The Performance & Partnerships (P&P) team is at the heart of this mission, driving scalable acquisition through paid media campaigns and high-value affiliate/partner collaborations.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Performance & Partnerships Associate to join the P&P team and help us bring our user acquisition strategy to life. You’ll work closely with the P&P Manager to support the execution of  ad campaigns, support affiliate program, and keep reporting/data clean and actionable.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll get exposure to both paid media performance and partnership-driven growth. You’ll thrive if you’re curious, love testing ideas, and get energy from keeping things organized and moving.

What You’ll Do

- Campaign Draft Support – Assist in creating, building, and organizing campaign drafts across Meta, TikTok, and Reddit. Support the setup of pixels and UTMs, and ensure configurations are correct and campaigns run smoothly, under the direction of the marketing team.

- Research – Research ad copy variations, hooks/CTAs, and best practices in paid media and creative trends.

- Partnership Support – Keep affiliate and partner files up to date, clean out inactive affiliates, assist with follow-ups, and support research on new high-value prospects.

- Reporting & Insights – Pull campaign and affiliate data, prepare clean reports, and flag insights (what’s working, what’s not).

- Process & Coordination – Keep ClickUp and shared docs updated with the right naming conventions, deadlines, and status.

What Success Looks Like

- Campaigns launch on time, fully set up, and properly tracked.

- Reports delivered with clear, reliable data.

- New affiliate/partner leads researched and qualified.

- Creative variations tested regularly, with ideas backed by research.

- All P&P docs and tasks kept clean, updated, and organized.

- Curious and resourceful: you enjoy researching new ideas, best practices, and better ways to do things.

- Comfortable working with ads, data, and tracking tools (experience with Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads is a plus, but not required).

- A natural organizer who likes keeping files, trackers, and processes tidy.

- Excited by the idea of working at the intersection of paid media and partnerships to directly impact company growth.
