About the Role

We’re seeking a Product Manager to lead the roadmap and execution of our AI bookkeeping and accounting platform. In this role, you’ll define strategy, prioritize features, and guide the development team to ship products that remove financial stress for solopreneurs.

What You’ll Do

- Product Strategy & Vision – Define and articulate the long-term direction of our AI bookkeeping platform, aligned with solopreneur needs.

- User-Centric Requirements – Research and synthesize user pain points in invoicing, tax prep, and cash-flow tracking, converting them into features and user stories.

- Backlog & Sprint Leadership – Prioritize features that streamline automation (smart invoice categorization, tax prep tools, cash-flow forecasting) and ensure smooth sprint delivery.

- Market & Competitor Insights – Monitor trends in AI accounting and fintech, spotting opportunities to differentiate and strengthen Cashflowy.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work with engineering, QA, design, data, and customer success to ensure features are delivered with quality and delight.

- Data-Driven Iteration – Track KPIs (time saved, automation accuracy, adoption rates) and use them to guide improvements.

- Advocate for Users – Champion simplicity and clarity, making sure our platform feels intuitive and trustworthy for solo entrepreneurs.

What We’re Looking For

- 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS, FinTech, or automation platforms.

- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum and backlog management.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills.

- Strong balance of strategic thinking and execution detail.

- Experience with tools like Jira, Trello, or ClickUp.

- Bonus: Familiarity with AI-driven workflows or acounting/taxation tools.
