What You’ll Do
- Test Planning & Execution – Develop and run both manual and automated test plans across product features.
- Bug Tracking – Identify, document, and track defects from discovery to resolution.
- Collaboration – Work closely with developers and product managers to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Testing Types – Perform regression, functional, and integration testing to validate feature performance.
- Automation – Build test automation scripts for web applications and APIs.
- Quality Standards – Ensure the platform meets performance, security, and usability benchmarks.
What Success Looks Like
- Features are released with minimal bugs and regressions.
- Automated tests cover critical functionality and run reliably in CI/CD.
- Bugs are identified early, tracked clearly, and resolved quickly.
- Strong collaboration with product and engineering leads to smooth releases.
- Users trust the platform’s stability and reliability.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of QA/testing experience.
- Hands-on experience with automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar).
- Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, Newman, etc.).
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
- Strong analytical, debugging, and documentation skills.
